Help to Buy Wales can help you get onto, or up the property ladder, enabling you to own your own 'F&O Home' with a deposit of just 5%.

Available to first time buyers and existing home owners, the scheme works alongside the Help to Buy Mortgage Guarantee scheme delivered by the UK Government.  

Key points:

  • Buyers need to contribute a deposit equal to 5% of the property price.

  • The Welsh Government (through Help to Buy (Wales) Ltd) will fund a shared equity loan for up to 20% of the purchase price.

  • Buyers will then need to secure a mortgage to cover the remaining balance.

Build-Zone Warranty

Build-Zone offer a 10 year Structural Warranty from the date of completion of the home.

Build-Zone Structural warranties are accepted by c.95% of all mortgage lenders.

Each warranty is underwritten by an ‘A’ rated global insurer & each case is subject to full technical review by Build-Zone Survey Services Limited with the aim of minimising any defects right from the design stage.
